In many cases, simply changing the AC Reference Temperature to ‘Tablet’ or one of the connected Temperature Sensors on the Platinum Elite app will not have the desired effect.
This must be done in conjunction with changes made to the AC setup from the brand wall controller during the commissioning process and to the dipswitch settings on the Platinum Elite Gateway. Each AC brand is different and it is important to follow the instructions available here for each brand:
