To check your Platinum Elite firmware version follow these simple steps.
- Minimise the Platinum Elite app.
- Swipe up from bottom of screen to bring up the grid of standard apps.
- Select ‘Settings’ icon.
- Scroll down to bottom and select ‘About tablet’.
- Scroll down to bottom to view ‘Build number’ – this is the firmware version. The critical figure to observe is the ‘v*_user’ number – eg. ‘v3_user’ is the original production release version.
